I have more than twenty-five years experience as a PeopleSoft Consultant with the Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials and Supply Chain products. My roles have included Technical Lead, Senior Technical Analyst/Developer and Business Analyst as an integral member of many successful implementations and upgrades. I have also provided production support to numerous clients.
I have expert level PeopleSoft technical skills and extensive and broad experience with customizing PeopleSoft code and objects, legacy data conversion, and integration with external applications.
In addition to technical development, I work with Business Analysts to determine requirements and perform fit/gap analysis, produce functional and technical designs, and frequently mentor junior technical staff.
